46 years old female pt with viral pyrexia

C/O fever since 2 days 
Dry cough since 1 day 

HOPI:

Patient was apparently assymptomatic 2 days ago,then she developed high grade fever with chills , intermittent , relieving with Medication associated with generalized body pains,nausea
Not associated with vomiting ,loose stools 
No h/o burning micturition ,sob,wheeze 

Not a k/c/o DM,HTN,CAD,CVA

PERSONAL HISTORY:
Diet:mixed
Appetite:normal
Bowel nd bladder : regular
No addictions 

No significant family history 

O/E
Pt C/C/C
moderately built 
No pallor,Icterus,cyanosis, clubbing, lymphaedonopathy, edema

Vitals on admission:
Temp:98° F 
PR:108 BPM
BP:90/60 MMHG 
RR:18 CPM 
SPO2: 98@ ROOM AIR 

CNS:
S1S2 HEARD 

RS: 
BAE + ,NVBS

CNS:NAD

SOFT,NON TENDER

Complaints of decreased urine output,nausea,B/L pedal edema and  constipation since 10 days.
